Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence - Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory - Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports - Maintain a filing system - Maintain office policies and procedures - Manage calendars and schedule appointments Skills:
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written communications - Strong customer support skills to provide assistance to clients or customers - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Experience with calendar management to schedule appointments and meetings - Knowledge of front desk operations and ability to handle reception duties - Professional phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills - Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail - Experience using QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks is a plus This is an exciting opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the smooth functioning of our office.
